AVALIAÇÃO DOS IMPACTOS DO CICLO DE VIDA DOS MATERIAIS DE UM PAINEL PRÉ-MOLDADO
Foram especificados os materiais dos painéis pré-moldados com base no Documento de Avaliação Técnica (DATec) e avaliados os impactos do ciclo de vida (AICV) dos materiais de um painel utilizando o software SimaPro versão 8.0.3.14. Os impactos foram aferidos pelo método ReCiPe, biblioteca do EcoInvent e European Life Cycle Database (ELCD). Os principais materiais dos DATecs são: concreto, aço, tijolo cerâmico, argamassa. Todavia, o que os diferencia são os processos de fabrico e/ou as respectivas quantidades de cada elemento utilizadas na produção do painel. Os resultados mostram que o material que mais impactou foi o concreto, sendo o mesmo aplicado em várias estruturas.

Abstract:
The precast panel materials were specified based on the Technical Assessment Document (DATec) and evaluated the life cycle impacts of the materials of a panel using SimaPro software version 8.0.3.14. The impacts were measured using the ReCiPe method, library of the EcoInvent and the European Life Cycle Database (ELCD). The main materials of the DATecs are: concrete, steel, ceramic block, mortar. However, the distinction between them is the manufacturing processes and/or the respective amounts of each element used in the manufacture of the panel. The results show that the material that most impacted was the concrete, being the same used in several structures.
