Abstract: This scientific article analyzes assessment of the benefits, challenges and investment prospects in Africa through the Growth and Opportunities for Africa (AGOA) Act of 2000 (2010-2020), which guarantees access to the market for primary products originating in illegal countries, with tariff exemption.
