AVALIAÇÃO DO POTENCIAL DE DEPOSIÇÃO ORGÂNICA EM OPERAÇÕES DE MISTURA DE PETRÓLEOS NO TANQUE DE ESTOCAGEM EM REFINARIAS DE PETRÓLEO
Frente aos inúmeros fatores
econômicos e políticos que afetaram
negativamente a capacidade financeira no
setor petrolífero nos últimos anos, buscar
neutralizar incertezas e otimizar processos se
faz necessário. Portanto o presente trabalho
visa avaliar o potencial de deposição orgânica
nas operações de misturas de petróleos em
Refinarias, construindo um melhor entendimento
do fenômeno a fim de sustentar futuras medidas
operacionais de mitigação da deposição
orgânica que atinge toda a cadeia produtiva do
petróleo. Como principal resultado, o estudo
permitiu concluir que as operações de misturas
de cargas com petróleos com baixo parâmetro
de solubilidade contribuem substancialmente
para formação e aumento das quantidades de
borras no tanque pela precipitação de frações
pesadas de petróleos. Através das análises
experimentais realizadas na borra oriunda de
tanque de estocagem de petróleo foi possível
um melhor conhecimento da sua composição
e de identificar frações que provocam a sua
formação. Foi exposto que o principal conteúdo
sólido da borra são sedimentos de origem
inorgânica indicando contaminação do petróleo
com fases aquosas.

Abstract:
Given the numerous economic
and political factors that have negatively affected
the financial capacity in the oil sector in recent
years, seeking to neutralize uncertainties and
optimize processes is necessary. Therefore, the
present work aims to evaluate the potential of
organic deposition in the oil blending operations
in Refineries, building a better understanding
of the phenomenon in order to sustain future
operational measures to mitigate the organic
deposition that affects the entire petroleum production chain. As a main result, the
study concluded that the operations of mixtures of cargo with oils with low solubility
parameter contribute substantially to the formation and increase of the quantities of
sludge of petroleum in the tank by the precipitation of heavy fractions of oils. Through
the experimental analyzes carried out on the sludge from oil storage tank, it was
possible to obtain a better knowledge of its composition and to identify fractions that
provoke its formation. It has been shown that the main solid content of the sludge is
sediments of inorganic origin indicating contamination of the oil with aqueous phases.
