Abstract: In December 2019, in Wuhan-China, the Sars-Cov-2 virus, which causes the disease Covid-19, was discovered. In Brazil, the first suspected cases appeared between the 18th and 27th of January 2020. Faced with a pandemic scenario full of uncertainties and with no prospects for vaccination, nutritional supplements became possible allies of the population, not only for prevention, but also, as part of the treatment of the disease. In this context, the present work aims to analyze the commercialization of immunomodulatory supplements C, D and Zinc before, during and after the covid-19 pandemic, in a company specialized in the nutritional market in Fortaleza-CE. The study has a cross-sectional design, with a quantitative and analytical approach, with a data collection procedure in order to numerically quantify sales of immunomodulatory supplements in the pre- pandemic (January 2019) and pandemic (December 2022) period. Data were tabulated and expressed in Excel® 2016 spreadsheets, and subsequently analyzed in the IBM SPSS program. In view of the above theme, it appears, therefore, that there was an increase in the acquisition of the analyzed supplements during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. Among the three supplements analyzed, Vitamin C was the most sold in all analyzed periods, before, during and after the pandemic; selling 9 times more in 2020 compared to the previous year and 12 times more comparing 2019 and 2021 sales.
