• Abstract: Introduction: School clinics have the function of providing academics with the clinical practice of their profession, favoring professional performance, in addition to enabling the university to fulfill its social role, through the provision of services to the community. Objective: To evaluate the degree of satisfaction of patients treated at the health services of a teaching clinic. Material and Methods: This was a cross-sectional research, analytical in nature with a quantitative approach to the data. The research was carried out with 90 patients treated at a teaching clinic that offers nursing, physiotherapy and dentistry services between August and November 2023. Results: Patients were satisfied with aspects relating to infrastructure, reception and cleanliness of the space, in addition to the safety of the academics involved in the procedure. Conclusion: There is a high degree of satisfaction with the service received from the patients' perspective, a fact evidenced by the total number of patients who would recommend the teaching clinic for offering welcoming services and care, guaranteeing patients' privacy and enabling the training of professionals safe and capable of carrying out the service.
