Avaliação do destino final e saneamento da cidade de Jaguaribe - Ce
O desenvolvimento da maioria
das cidades brasileiras se deu sem nenhum
planejamento, assim vários serviços básicos
acabaram por se distribuir desigualmente, um
deles é o saneamento básico. A falta de um
serviço como esse é muito prejudicial para
o meio ambiente, já que o destino dado aos
esgotos são rios, açudes, lagoas, poluindo
também o solo; e para a população que fica
exposta ao esgoto podendo contrair inúmeras
doenças. A partir disso, este estudo busca
verificar a atual situação do saneamento na
cidade de Jaguaribe – CE, com o objetivo de
identificar o destino que é dado ao esgoto da
cidade, identificando as áreas que já possuem
esse serviço e quais não possuem. Verificou-se
que 85% da cidade já está saneada sendo que
a empresa que administra as águas e esgotos
tem planos para sanear 100% do município. A
implantação de uma estação de tratamento de
esgoto no município viria para complementar
o tratamento do esgoto que já conta com as
lagoas de estabilização, trazendo uma maior
eficiência ao processo, sendo que está obra
não seria de um valor tão alto, já que se trata de
um município pequeno e além disso a cidade
se tornaria referência no tratamento sanitário.
Conclui – se que o saneamento da cidade pode
ser classificado como bom, já que quase todo o
território está saneado, mesmo assim melhoras
ainda tem que ser feitas como sanear 100% da
cidade e fazer a ligação das casas a rede de
esgoto nas áreas já saneadas

Abstract:
The development of the most
Brazilian cities occurred without no planning,
therefore many basic services were eventually
unequally divided, one of them is the basic
sanitation. The lack of a service like this is
prejudicial for the environment, since the
destiny given to the sewer are the rivers,
weirs, lakes, also polluting the soil; and to the
population that is exposed to the sewer which
can contract innumerable diseases. Thereafter,
this study aims to verify the current situation
of the sanitation in Jaguaribe – CE, with the
objective to identify the destiny given to the city’s
sewer, identifying the areas which already have
the service and which areas have not. It was
verified that 85% of the city is already sanitized,
being that the company which manages the
waters and sewage have plans to sanitize 100%
of the city. The implementation of the sewage treatment station in the municipality would be to complement the sewer treatment that
counts with the stabilization ponds, bringing a greater efficiency to the process, being
that this work would not be of such high price, whereas it is about a small town and
besides that the city would become reference in the sanitary treatment. It is concluded
that the sanitation of the city can be classified as good, since almost all the territory is
sanitized, even so improvements need to be done, such as sanitize 100% of the city
and connect the houses with the sewer system in the areas already sanitized.
