AVALIAÇÃO DO DESEMPENHO DE EMPRESAS TRANSPORTADORAS DE CARGAS NA GESTÃO DA MANUTENÇÃO DA FROTA DE SEUS VEÍCULOS: APLICAÇÃO EM UMA DISTRIBUIDORA DE ASFALTO
A escolha equivocada da estratégia de manutenção pode acarretar custos excessivos e redução do nível de serviço. Ações como inspeções e checklists, são ações preventivas que podem trazer benefícios na produtividade do equipamento. Nessa perspectiva, o objetivo geral deste estudo é comparar o resultado dos indicadores de desempenho de uma frota de veículos do segmento de transporte asfáltico, para compreender o comportamento dos indicadores frente a adoção de um checklist e inspeções que resultaram em ações de manutenção preventiva. O trabalho segue os moldes da pesquisa ação e busca, por meio dos estudos dos relatórios que são retirados do sistema ERP e base de dados internas da empresa, antes e depois das ações, analisar a variação de respectivos indicadores nos períodos. Por meio dos dados obtidos, foi elaborado um dashboard como ferramenta para análise dos valores. Ao analisar os indicadores, estes se mostraram adequados para análise e pequenas variações foram identificadas. No entanto não é possível atribuir as variações apenas as ações de manutenção preventivas que foram tomadas. Com isso, observou-se a importância de acompanhamento por um período maior, para entender, a longo prazo, o impacto nos indicadores selecionados.

Abstract:
The wrong choice of maintenance strategy can lead to excessive costs and reduced service level. Actions such as inspections and checklists are preventive actions that can benefit the productivity of the equipment. In this perspective, the general objective of this study is to compare the result of the performance indicators of a fleet of vehicles in the asphalt transport segment, to understand the behavior of the indicators in the face of the adoption of a checklist and inspections that resulted in preventive maintenance actions. The work follows the lines of action research and seeks, through the studies of reports that are taken from the ERP system and the company's internal database, before and after the actions, to analyze the variation of the respective indicators in the periods. Through the data obtained, a dashboard was created as a tool for analyzing the values. When analyzing the indicators, they proved to be suitable for analysis and small variations were identified. However, it is not possible to attribute the variations only to the preventive maintenance actions that were taken. Thus, the importance of monitoring for a longer period was observed, in order to understand, in the long term, the impact on the selected indicators.
