AVALIAÇÃO DE RISCOS E CONTROLE DE SEGURANÇA EM PEDREIRA
A segurança no ambiente de trabalho é de suma importância para a integridade física e mental dos colaboradores. Este cuidado garante a promovendo o bem-estar e, consequentemente, aumentando a produtividade, além de evitar prejuízos materiais, afastamento e ações judiciais contra a empresa. A mineração apresenta o grau de risco mais elevado, o risco grau 4, segundo classificação da Norma Regulamentadora quatro (MTE, 2008), grande exposição do trabalhador ao risco e na ocorrência de acidentes. Este trabalho identifica, analisa e avalia os riscos de segurança em uma pedreira. Aplicou-se as ferramentas de gestão de risco WRAC (Workplace Risk Assessment Control) e bowtie. A partir dos resultados foram sugeridas medidas de controle. Concluiu-se a saúde e segurança do trabalho na pedreira é essencial, tais sugestões devem ser consideradas no planejamento financeiro empresarial.

Abstract:
Workplace safety is one of the major importance to the company's financial health. This care ensures the physical and mental integrity of the employees, promoting well-being and, consequently, it increases productivity, besides, it avoids material damage, work leave and lawsuit against the company. The mining activity presents the highest level of risk, which is level four (MTE, 2008), It means a great exposition of safety risk and to the accident occurrence for workers. Thus, this article evaluates the security risks of quarry mining. It applies the management tools WRAC (Workplace Risk Assessment Control) and Bowtie. Through the results, controlling measures were suggested. In conclusion, there are a great number of measures and it can improve security in this evaluated workplace. The security suggestions must be taken into account to control risks and the company’s financial planning.
