AVALIAÇÃO DE NÍVEL DE MATURIDADE DE CULTURA DE SEGURANÇA EM ORGANIZAÇÃO DO TERCEIRO SETOR
A cultura de segurança consiste em características atitudes em organizações e indivíduos que estabelecem, como prioridade as questões de segurança. Para a implementação e aprimoramento da cultura de segurança é necessário entender o seu funcionamento, uma das ferramentas existentes é avaliação do estágio de maturidade da cultura de segurança. O presente trabalho de pesquisa na área de Segurança do Trabalho, propõe a aplicação de técnica modelo para verificação de tipo de estágio de maturidade da Cultura de Segurança, visando a possibilidade elencar os fatores para implementação diante de suas necessidades para uma organização do terceiro setor. Dentre os objetivos é de aplicar técnica de verificação de estágio de maturidade, apresentando os resultados, para análise das necessidades da organização visando constatar o estágio de maturidade da cultura de segurança em uma organização e seus associados, relativos ao terceiro setor. Como opção metodológica de pesquisa, adotou-se a abordagem exploratória, aplicada, desenvolvida preponderantemente por uma revisão sistemática da literatura e por pesquisa de campo. Como resultado, obteve-se a verificação do estágio da cultura de maturidade em organização do terceiro setor, sendo apresentada por meio, de elementos necessários para a implementação e aprimoramento da cultura de segurança.

Abstract:
Safety culture consists of characteristic attitudes in organizations and individuals that prioritize safety issues. For the implementation and improvement of the safety culture it is necessary to understand how it works, one of the existing tools is the assessment of the maturity stage of the safety culture. The present research work in the area of Work Safety proposes the application of a model technique to verify the type of maturity stage of the Safety Culture, aiming at the possibility of listing the factors for implementation in view of its needs for a third sector organization. Among the objectives is to apply a technique of verification of the stage of maturity, presenting the results, to analyze the needs of the organization in order to verify the stage of maturity of the safety culture in an organization and its associates, related to the third sector. As a methodological option for research, an exploratory, applied approach was adopted, developed mainly through a systematic literature review and field research. As a result, the stage of maturity culture in a third sector organization was verified, being presented through the necessary elements for the implementation and improvement of the safety culture.
