AVALIAÇÃO DE MANIFESTAÇÕES PATOLÓGICAS EM EDIFICAÇÕES TÉRREAS NA CIDADE DE TERESINA-PI
Este estudo teve como objetivo
levantar e identificar as manifestações
patológicas existentes em edificações térreas
na cidade de Teresina- PI, que apresentaram
patologias visíveis com posterior consulta de
causas do problema. É possível perceber que
o conhecimento das causas que induzem o
aparecimento da patologia, juntamente com
a consciência de que as providências de
preparação de etapas de idealização, projeto,
execução e pós-execução representam a
redução de uma parcela significativa das
despesas em relação às recuperações. Com
isso, a compreensão dos mecanismos de
deterioração torna-se ferramenta central no
tratamento de patologias.

Abstract:
The objective of this study
was to identify and identify the pathological
manifestations existing in earth buildings in the
city of Teresina - PI, which presented visible
pathologies with subsequent consultation of
causes of the problem. It is possible to perceive
that the knowledge of the causes that induce
the onset of the pathology, together with the
awareness that the measures of preparation
of stages of idealization, design, execution and
post-execution represent the reduction of a
significant part of the expenses in relation to the
recoveries . With this, the understanding of the
mechanisms of deterioration becomes a central
tool in the treatment of pathologies.
