AVALIAÇÃO DAS FUNÇÕES EXECUTIVAS EM CRIANÇAS COM DIAGNÓSTICO DE TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO 2
O autismo tem recebido destaque em várias áreas do conhecimento, inclusive na Psicologia. Por se tratar de um transtorno do neurodesenvolvimento, que não tem uma causa definida e nem cura, estudiosos buscam pesquisar sobre as possíveis causas e intervenções que podem facilitar aos autistas uma condição de vida melhor. As avaliações neuropsicológicas têm sido, frequentemente, utilizadas para investigar áreas cognitivas que podem estar relacionadas aos “déficits” no autismo, como é o caso, das funções executivas. Estas, por sinal, são responsáveis por gerenciar o controle inibitório, a flexibilidade cognitiva, a atenção, o processamento viso-espacial, habilidades motoras que são alvo de estudos científicos. Neste estudo, objetivou-se reunir evidências de pesquisas na área do neurodesenvolvimento, da avaliação das funções executivas em crianças diagnosticadas com o Transtorno do Espectro Autista, a partir das palavras-chaves: “autismo”, “funções executivas”, “intervenção”, “avaliação”. Realizou-se um levantamento nas revisões de literatura nas seguintes bases: Scielo, LILACS e BDTD. Dentre as dissertações encontradas, apenas algumas estavam condizentes às perspectivas da pesquisa uma relacionava as funções executivas às avaliações neuropsicológicas no autismo; os artigos analisados, apenas um contemplava os critérios de inclusão. Apesar dos estudos mostrarem alguns instrumentos randômicos ou não nas avaliações neuropsicológicas das funções executivas, ainda são escassos em matéria de estudos no Brasil. Entretanto, não há como padronizar somente um instrumento para os autistas, por serem “déficits” diversificados e que depende do nível de gravidade de cada criança.

Abstract:
Autism has been highlighted in several areas of knowledge, including psychology. Because it is a neurodevelopmental disorder, which has no defined cause and neither cure, scholars seek to research the possible causes and interventions that may facilitate better living conditions for autistic people. Neuropsychological assessments have been often used to investigate cognitive areas that may be related to deficits in autism, as is the case, in executive functions. These, by the way, are responsible for managing inhibitory control, cognitive flexibility, attention, visuospatial processing, motor skills that are the target of scientific studies. In this study, the objective was to gather evidence from research in the area of neurodevelopment, evaluation of executive functions in children diagnosed with Spectrum Disorder Autistic, from the keywords: autism, executive functions, intervention, evaluation. A survey of literature reviews was carried out on the following bases: Scielo, LILACS and BDTD. Among the dissertations found, only a few were consistent with the research perspectives, one related executive functions to evaluations neuropsychological disorders in autism; the analyzed articles, only one contemplated the criteria of inclusion. Despite the studies showing some random instruments or not in the neuropsychological assessments of executive functions are still scarce in terms of studies in Brazil. However, there is no way to standardize just one instrument for autistic, as they are diversified deficits and that depends on the severity level of each kid.
