AVALIAÇÃO DA SITUAÇÃO DO ORDENAMENTO DO ESPAÇO NO TRECHO DE UMA AVENIDA DO CENTRO URBANO DO MUNICÍPIO DE BELÉM, ESTADO DO PARÁ
O presente estudo se propôs a
avaliar a situação de um trecho de uma avenida
do centro urbano do município de Belém, de
acordo com as recomendações das legislações
existentes sobre o ordenamento urbano, tendo
em vista a necessidade de ordenamento
do espaço a fim de minimizar os problemas
urbanos e propiciar a qualidade de vida da
população. Para realização da pesquisa,
utilizou-se de imagem de satélites, além de
visitação e reconhecimento da área a ser
analisada identificando os principais problemas
como uso indevido das calçadas, calçamentos
irregulares e insegurança pública. Além disso, a
mobilidade urbana do trecho estudado também
foi verificada, tendo em vista que a mesma é de
fundamental importância para que haja um fluxo
de pessoas e veículos dentro de seus devidos
espaços sem qualquer obstáculo que impeça
essa circulação. Por fim, foram propostas
alternativas técnicas viáveis para solução dos
problemas encontrados.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to
evaluate the situation of a stretch of an avenue in
the urban center of the city of Belém, according to
the recommendations of the existing legislation
on urban planning, in view of the necessity
for spatial planning in order to minimize urban
problems and promote the quality of life of the
population. To carry out the research, it was
used satellite images, visitation and recognition
of the area to be analyzed, identifying the main
problems, such as improper use of sidewalks, irregular footwear and public insecurity.
Besides that, the urban mobility of the section studied was also verified, considering
that it is of fundamental importance that there is a flow of people and vehicles within
their proper spaces without any obstacle that prevents this movement. Finally, viable
technical alternatives were proposed to solve the problems found.
