AVALIAÇÃO DA ROTULAGEM DE MANTEIGA GHEE COMERCIALIZADA NA CIDADE DE NATAL/ RN
Algumas regiões do Brasil, mais comumente na região nordeste é possível encontrar um tipo peculiar de manteiga, onde apesar de ser derivado do leite de vaca, este produto não possui lactose. O presente trabalho busca revisar a rotulagem de 3 marcas de manteiga ghee do mercado local sendo elas produzidas em regiões diferentes do nordeste brasileiro, confrontando-as com as mais atuais normas de rotulagem brasileira, tais quais RDC Nº 429/2020 e IN Nº 75/2020, ao qual os percentuais dos valores diários de referência passam por redimensionamento através de regra de três.

Abstract:
In some regions of Brazil, more commonly in the northeastern region, it is possible to find a peculiar type of butter, where despite being derived from cow's milk, this product does not contain lactose. The present work seeks to revise the labeling of 3 ghee butter brands in the local market, being produced in different regions of northeastern Brazil, comparing them with the most current Brazilian labeling standards, such as RDC Nº 429/2020 and IN Nº 75 / 2020, to which the percentages of daily reference values undergo scaling through a rule of three.
