AVALIAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM E FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE
A avaliação educacional atua como parte integrante no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, exercendo uma função de auxílio ao docente em relação ao aprendizado dos discentes. No entanto, essa concepção não é unânime. Embora saibamos que seja uma tarefa árdua avaliar o conhecimento, é dever do educador, ao elaborar o processo avaliativo, verificar qual é a melhor maneira de avaliar e obter resultado satisfatório. Além disso, o educador tem que levar em consideração que cada aluno tem suas dificuldades e peculiaridades ao se referir à aprendizagem e consequentemente estas deve ser observado na avaliação. Com base nessa análise, este trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer as diversas concepções de avaliação da aprendizagem considerando os paradigmas influenciadores da prática docente no processo avaliativo. Na Metodologia recorremos a abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando o procedimento de levantamento bibliográfico e de caráter e exploratória. Para melhor entender e compreender a temática buscou-se apoio teórico nos principais autores como Luckesi (1996), Haydt (1992), Perrenoud (2001), Pimenta (1983), Tardiff (2002) entre outros. Concluímos que a aprendizagem é importante para ações e reflexões, pois é a partir do que se avalia que se pode ter resultados satisfatórios ou não. Assim pode-se criar soluções para se obter uma melhor ação pedagógica. A avaliação deve acontecer de forma responsável, traçando metas para melhorar a construção do saber. Reflete, os educadores que quanto mais aprende novas técnicas e abrange metodologias de ensino e avaliação, não ficando somente amarrados as velhas práticas avaliativas o crescimento é notável dentro e for a da sala de aula.

Abstract:
Educational evaluation today acts as an integral part of the teaching-learning process. This exercises a function of aid to the teacher in relation to the learning of the students. However, this conception is not unanimous. Although we know that it is an arduous task to evaluate knowledge, it is the duty of the educator, in elaborating the evaluation process, to verify the best way to evaluate and to obtain a satisfactory result. In addition, the educator has to take into account that each student has its difficulties and peculiarities when referring to learning and consequently these must be observed in the evaluation. Based on this analysis, this paper aims to know, in the light of the theory the different conceptions of learning assessment and considering the paradigms influencing the teaching practice in the evaluation process. We resorted to qualitative research, configuring a bibliographical and characterizing and exploratory approach. In order to better understand and understand the theme, we sought theoretical support in Luckesi (1996), Haydt (1992), Perrenoud (2001), Pimenta (1983) Tardiff (2002) and others. The theme of evaluation of learning was presented as important for actions and reflections, because it is from what is assessed that one can have satisfactory results or not. Thus it is easier to create solutions to obtain a better pedagogical action. Particularly in the teaching-learning process, evaluation must take place in a responsible way, in the sense of not harming the student, but setting goals to improve the construction of knowledge. The educator is a fundamental part in the process of teaching and learning of the student, through methodologies and reasoning intercepts the student's training. It reflects, educators that the more they learn new techniques and encompass teaching and assessment methodologies, not only being tied to the old evaluative practices, the growth is remarkable inside and outside the classroom.
