AVALIAÇÃO DA ADEQUAÇÃO DE RÓTULOS DE ALIMENTOS VOLTADOS PARA O PÚBLICO INFANTIL EM FUNÇÃO DA DECLARAÇÃO DE ALERGÊNICOS: ESTUDO DOS INGREDIENTES OVO, TRIGO E OLEAGINOSAS.
A alergia alimentar é caracterizada
por um conjunto de respostas imunológicas
devido à hipersensibilidade aos alimentos,
prevalentemente observada em idade pediátrica.
A Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária
(ANVISA) por meio da RDC nº. 26/2015 dispõe
sobre os requisitos para rotulagem obrigatória
dos principais alimentos alergênicos. O objetivo
do estudo foi avaliar se os rótulos dos alimentos
voltados ao público infantil atendem a RDC
nº26/2015 para os ingredientes ovo, trigo e
oleaginosas. Foram avaliados 130 produtos,
dentre os quais 91 apresentaram os ingredientes
ovo, trigo e oleaginosas dentre os ingredientes,
96,7% (n=88) estavam de acordo com o art.6°,
que preconiza a presença da declaração
“Alérgicos contém”. Destes produtos 85
continham a menção “Alérgicos: Pode conter”
(art. 7º). Conclui-se que a rotulagem da maioria
dos produtos avaliados estava de acordo com
a RDC nº. 26/2015, contribuindo à leitura dos
rótulos e diminuição dos riscos da ingestão
acidental de alergênicos.

Abstract:
Food allergy is characterized
by a set of immunological responses due to
food hypersensitivity, prevalently observed
in pediatric age. The National Sanitary
Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) through RDC
no. 26/2015 provides for the mandatory labeling
requirements for all major food allergens. The
objective of the study was to evaluate whether
food labels aimed at children reach RDC nº26
/ 2015 for egg, wheat and oilseed ingredients.
A total of 130 products were evaluated, of
which 91 presented the egg, wheat and oilseed
among the ingredients, 96.7% (n = 88) were in
agreement with the art.6, which advocates the
presence of the statement “Allergic contains”. Of
these products, 85 contained the words “Allergic:
can contain” (Article 7). It is concluded that the
labeling of most of the products evaluated was in
accordance with RDC no. 26/2015, contributing
to the reading of labels and reducing the risk of accidental ingestion of allergens.
