AUXILIARES DE APOIO À INCLUSÃO: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA EM PSICOLOGIA COMPORTAMENTAL
Ao longo do tempo a educação
no Brasil foi sofrendo mudanças em vários
aspectos, permitindo uma maior universalização
do ensino. Sendo possível, dessa forma,
a entrada de alunos com necessidades
educacionais especiais (NEE) independente
do transtorno, deficiência ou dificuldade de
aprendizagem que possui. As escolas procuram
se reinventar cada vez mais para construir
espaços inclusivos e de uma boa educação,
justa para todos. A Psicologia comportamental,
como um ramo da ciência psicológica, estuda
o comportamento humano e traz grandes
contribuições para a integração dos alunos
especiais em suas salas de aula regulares.
Além de auxiliar nos demais dilemas da
inclusão que possam surgir no âmbito escolar.
Este trabalho é um relato de experiência que
teve como objetivo geral descrever o processo
de inclusão de alunos especiais de uma escola
pública; já como específicos foram: identificar
quais as dificuldades no processo de inclusão
de alunos especiais. Este trabalho foi realizado
em uma escola da rede municipal da cidade de
Teresina-PI. O método utilizado foi a Economia
de Fichas, um dos princípios de aprendizagem,
obtendo a inclusão dos alunos especiais em
sala através de atividades que contribuem para
o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Concluise
que dentro do ambiente escolar essas
técnicas auxiliam professores e funcionários a
juntos promoverem um melhor acolhimento de
todos os alunos especiais, promovendo uma
educação de qualidade para todos. Além disso,
notou-se que existem poucas possibilidades
encontradas na realidade escolar, no que se
refere a estratégias inclusivas.

Abstract:
Over the years, education in Brazil
has undergone changes in several aspects.
This has allowed a greater universalization of
education, this way, the entrance of students
with special educational needs (SEN) is possible,
regardless of the disorder, deficiency or learning
disability that they have. In this process, schools
seek to reinvent themselves more and more to
build inclusive spaces and a good education,
fair for all. Behavioral psychology, as a branch
of psychological science, studies human
behavior and brings great contributions to the
integration of students with special needs into
their regular classrooms, and helping them with
other dilemmas of inclusion that may arise in the school environment. This work is an
experience report that had as general objective to describe the process of inclusion of
special students of a public school; one of the specific was to identify the difficulties in
the process of inclusion of special students. This research was carried out in a school
of the municipal system of education of the city of Teresina-PI. The method used was
the Economics of Sheets, one of the principles of learning, obtaining the inclusion of
students with special needs in the classroom through activities that contribute to the
teaching-learning process. It is concluded that within the school environment these
techniques help teachers and staff together to promote a better reception of all special
students, promoting a quality education for all. Concerning inclusive strategies, it has
been noted that there are few possibilities found in school reality.
