AUTORES PIONEIROS NA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA TEORIA DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO ESCOLAR NO BRASIL
O campo da administração escolar nem sempre foi alvo da produção acadêmica dos intelectuais da educação, os primeiros escritos teóricos acerca do tema reportam ao início do processo de industrialização no Brasil, por volta de 1930. Dessa forma, os objetivos desse artigo são compreender o contexto histórico da produção das bases da teoria da administração escolar no Brasil e apontar alguns teóricos que se consolidaram como pioneiros na sistematização da temática, identificando como suas produções subsidiaram a elaboração da teoria a respeito da educação e primordialmente sobre a administração escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico voltada em analisar as produções de Anísio Teixeira, Querino Ribeiro e Lourenço Filho. O protagonismo desses autores no desenvolvimento da administração escolar no Brasil decorre do fato de que estes apresentaram uma nova perspectiva em relação a educação, que corroborava com os anseios sociais do período e estabeleceram conceitos relevantes que foram utilizados na formação dos administradores escolares.

Abstract:
The field of school administration has not always been the target of academic production by education intellectuals, the first theoretical writings on the subject date back to the beginning of the industrialization process in Brazil, around 1930. Thus, the objectives of this article are to understand the historical context of the production of the bases of the theory of school administration in Brazil and point out some theorists who consolidated themselves as pioneers in the systematization of the theme, identifying how their productions subsidized the elaboration of the theory about education and primarily about school administration. This is a bibliographic research aimed at analyzing the productions of Anísio Teixeira, Querino Ribeiro and Lourenço Filho. The role of these authors in the development of school administration in Brazil stems from the fact that they presented a new perspective in relation to education, which corroborated the social concerns of the period and established relevant concepts that were used in the training of school administrators.
