AUSÊNCIA E ESQUECIMENTO: A TORTURA DO CORPO FÊMEO EM O CORPO INTERMINÁVEL, DE CLAUDIA LAGE ABSENCE AND OBLIVION: THE TORTURE OF THE FEMALE BODY IN O CORPO INTERMINÁVEL, DE CLAUDIA LAGE
RESUMO: Este estudo constitui uma análise crítico-interpretativa entre literatura, memória e acontecimento histórico no romance O corpo interminável (2019), de Claudia Lage, no qual procuramos estabelecer relações da narrativa com os elementos factuais que engendram o período da ditadura militar no Brasil. Para tanto, buscamos investigar a incorporação da história pelo texto ficcional, tendo como recorte o período da ditadura no Brasil (1964 -1985), e dentro dele, os meios violentos de manutenção do poder e seu exercício sobre os corpos femininos, estendendo os sentidos tanto da violência moral quanto física à tortura do corpo como a marca mais íntima de violação.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This study constitutes a critical-interpretative analysis between literature, memory and historical event in the novel O corpo interminável (2019), by Claudia Lage, in which we seek to establish relationships between the narrative and the factual elements that engender the period of the military dictatorship in Brasil. In order to do so, we seek to investigate the incorporation of history into the fictional text, taking as a cut the period of the dictatorship in Brazil (1964 -1985), and within it, the violent means of maintaining power and its exercise over female bodies, extending the meanings from both moral and physical violence to the torture of the body as the most intimate mark of rape.
