AUGUSTO DOS ANJOS, LEITOR DE SCHOPENHAUER: CONSIDERAÇÕES SOBRE A DOR E O SOFRIMENTO
Esse texto visa esclarecer conceitos relevantes da filosofia schopenhauriana e revelar na poesia de Augusto dos Anjos as mesmas questões levantadas pelo filósofo. Veremos que Augusto dos Anjos foi capaz de trazer a visão pessimista de Schopenhauer para a arte poética e, de certo modo, usar dessa arte para aliviar os sintomas de uma realidade tão caótica e dolorosa. Em vista disso, objetivamos investigar quais os conceitos comuns às obras de ambos os autores e como eles se apresentam diferencialmente na escrita filosófica e na escrita poética, identificando, especificamente, a questão da dor e do sofrimento inerentes ao mundo e a arte como meio libertador.

Abstract:
This text intents to clarify relevant concepts of Schopenhauer's philosophy and reveal through the poetry of Augusto dos Anjos the same issues raised by the philosopher. Thus, Augusto dos Anjos was able to bring the pessimistic view of Schopenhauer for the poetic art and, in a way, using this art to relieve the symptoms of such chaotic and painful reality. Considering this, we aimed to investigate which concepts are common to the works of both authors and how they are differently presented in philosophical writing and poetic writing, identifying the issue of pain and suffering inherent in the world and the art as a way of relief.
