AUDITORIA DE ENFERMAGEM E A IMPORTÂNCIA DAS ANOTAÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as produções científicas desenvolvidas sobre a importância da auditoria de enfermagem e das anotações de enfermagem para melhor qualidade na assistência à saúde. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa de literatura na base de dados Literatura Latino Americana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), utilizou-se os seguintes descritores: “auditoria de enfermagem”, “qualidade assistencial” e “registro de enfermagem”, associando entre si o operador booleano AND. Foram encontrados 77 artigos, totalizando apenas 9 artigos, os quais ofereciam relação direta com o processo de auditoria em enfermagem. Os artigos foram analisados e agrupados em duas categorias temáticas, auditora e registro de enfermagem de forma interligada. A auditoria de enfermagem tem como intuito principal certificar como está sendo prestado o serviço ao cliente, no entanto o papel da auditoria não é somente apontar as prováveis falhas do órgão investigado, mas também, assinalar sugestões e soluções para minimizar ou extirpar os problemas. Foram observados vários fatores que interferem de forma negativa na execução das atividades do enfermeiro, entretanto devem-se somar esforços para que seja garantido o registro adequado dos registros do cuidado prestado. Os resultados apresentados poderão contribuir para o enriquecimento das discussões na área em foco e para reforçar a importância da participação dos enfermeiros no processo de auditoria e garantia de uma prática assistencial segura.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to identify the scientific productions developed on the importance of nursing auditing and nursing notes for better quality in health care. An integrative literature review was carried out in the Latin American Health Sciences Literature database (LILACS), using the following descriptors: "nursing audit", "care quality" and "nursing record", associating the Boolean operator AND with each other. 77 articles were found, totaling only 9 articles, which offered a direct relation with the nursing audit process. The articles were analyzed and grouped in two thematic categories, audit and nursing record in an interconnected manner. The main purpose of the nursing audit is to certify how the service is being provided to the client, however the role of the audit is not only to point out the probable failures of the investigated organ, but also to point out suggestions and solutions to minimize or extirpate the problems. Several factors were observed that interfere negatively in the execution of the activities of the nurse, however efforts should be added in order to guarantee the adequate record of the care provided. The results presented may contribute to enriching discussions in the area in question and to reinforce the importance of the participation of nurses in the auditing process and ensuring safe care practice.
