ATUAÇÃO INTERDISCIPLINAR E UNIDADE DE PRÁTICAS INTEGRADAS: EXPERIÊNCIAS DE UM SERVIÇO ORTOPÉDICO HOSPITALAR
Objetivou-se discutir o trabalho interdisciplinar realizado no setor de ortopedia de um hospital filantrópico. Pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa exploratória e descritiva. Participaram 14 profissionais da saúde. Utilizou-se análise de conteúdo temático-categoria auxílio do Nvivo Pró-11. Dados coletados em 2017 através da realização de grupo focal orientado por um roteiro estruturado elaborado pelos pesquisadores. Foram 14 profissionais da Unidade de Práticas Integrativas Ortopédica de uma instituição filantrópica mineira. Eram predominantemente mulheres 13 (92,86%). Foram categorias discursivas: 1). Concepções dos profissionais sobre a influência da implantação da unidade de práticas integrativas ortopedia na qualidade da assistência; 2). Autonomia profissional percebida na execução do trabalho interdisciplinar e; 3). Barreiras e dificuldades percebidas na implantação do trabalho interdisciplinar. Observou-se que a implantação da UPI contribuiu com melhorias sob a segurança do paciente e a valorização profissional. É importante que ações interdisciplinares ganhem força para que haja a integralidade do cuidado.

Abstract:
The objective was to discuss the interdisciplinary work carried out in the orthopedics sector of a philanthropic hospital. Research with an exploratory and descriptive qualitative approach. 14 health professionals participated. Thematic content analysis-category aid of Nvivo Pró-11 was used. Data collected in 2017 through a focus group guided by a structured script prepared by the researchers. There were 14 professionals from the Orthopedic Integrative Practices Unit of a philanthropic institution in Minas Gerais. 13 (92.86%) were predominantly women. There were discursive categories: 1). Professionals' conceptions about the influence of the implementation of the unit of integrative orthopedics practices on the quality of care; two). Professional autonomy perceived in the execution of interdisciplinary work and; 3). Barriers and difficulties perceived in the implementation of interdisciplinary work. It was observed that the implementation of the UPI contributed to improvements in patient safety and professional appreciation. It is important that interdisciplinary actions gain strength so that there is comprehensive care.
