ATUAÇÃO FONOAUDIOLÓGICA EM RECÉM-NASCIDOS PRÉ-TERMO NA UTI NEONATAL
Objetivo: Relatar eficácia da atuação fonoaudiológica em recém-nascidos pré-termo na UTI neonatal, enfocando os métodos de estimulação da sucção não-nutritiva (SNN). Métodos: revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada no mês de outubro de 2018 por meio da busca nas bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS e SciELO, utilizando os seguintes descritores: Recém-Nascidos Prematuros; Prematuros, Sucção Nutritiva e Sucção Não-Nutritiva. Foram selecionados 15 artigos científicos. Resultados: Na análise desse estudo houve uma concordância entre os autores, afirmando que a estimulação oral em RNPT proporciona a aceleração no amadurecimento das funções orais e, portanto, redução no tempo de internação destes bebês. Quanto à avaliação da prontidão para início da alimentação por via oral este estudo demonstrou que a estimulação da SNN por “Dedo Enluvado” favorece uma experiência prévia de sucção e influencia os RN positivamente quanto aos aspectos da organização comportamental, propiciando um melhor desempenho na alimentação oral. Conclusão: No âmbito das UTI neonatal o fonoaudiólogo atua na promoção da prática do aleitamento materno precoce, promovendo e estimulando, de modo seguro, a alimentação oral, ao auxiliar na transição do uso da sonda para seio materno, contribuindo para a melhora da qualidade de vida desses RNs, visto que tais ações podem favorecer a diminuição do tempo de internação, permitindo a alta hospitalar mais precocemente.

Abstract:
Objective: To show the speech-language pathology actuation efficiency in preterm new-born babies at neonatal ICUs, focusing on non-nutritional sucking stimulation methods. Methods: an integrative literature review, realized on october, 2018, through MEDLINE, LILACS and SciELO data base researching, using the following describers: Premature New-Born Babies; Prematures; Nutritional Sucking and Non-Nutritional Sucking. 15 scientific articles were selected. Results: Based on the research, there was an agreement amoung the authors affirming that the PNBB oral stimulation provides a huge maturity acceleration to the oral functions, and because of that, a hospitalization time reduction on these babies. So about the ready time avaluation to start the oral fedding, this research showed that the non-nutrition sucking stimulation by “covered finger” provides a sucking pre-experience and affects new-born babies in a positive way as the behaviour organization aspects, giving them a better oral feeding development. Conclusion: In a neonatal ICU place, the speech-therapy pathologyst actuates in the earlier breastfeeding practice, safely promoting and stimulating the oral feeding, at the same time that helps transitioning the probe to the breast, giving the newborn babies a better quality of life, seeing that these actions might favour a hospitalization time decrease, allowing the earlier hospital discharge.
