ATUAÇÃO DO PSICOLOGO NO CAPS-AD: REFLEXOS NA GESTÃO DA SAÚDE MENTAL
o presente artigo se propôs a fazer uma análise investigativa da atuação do psicólogo no CAPS-AD do município de Bagé e Pelotas, podendo assim conhecer os profissionais envolvidos na atuação deste serviço, incluindo sua posição frente a gestão que permeia as atividades dos mesmos, vinculado à articulação da rede em saúde mental em tais municípios, sendo que tais conteúdos e dados desta pequena amostra se propõem a evidenciar, as lacunas que estão presentes na saúde pública, que através da aplicação de técnicas e postura neste campo de atuação busca compreender a contribuição da psicologia neste contexto. Metodologicamente este estudo tratou-se de uma pesquisa exploratória de natureza qualitativa, onde seis profissionais que atuam no CAPS-AD foram entrevistados e após a coleta dos dados, a análise ocorreu segundo o método de análise de conteúdo proposto por Bardin. Frente aos resultados obtidos e as referências teóricas estudadas evidenciou-se que, a articulação em rede em saúde mental falha, consigo traz consequências, sendo elas a própria restrição em recursos, alta demanda, assim como, o fortalecimento do preconceito em cima do dependente químico. Outro ponto em destaque na pesquisa foi o baixo conhecimento dos profissionais psicólogos nas questões que envolvem contexto micro e macro político, que reflete diretamente na forma como o serviço se propõem

Abstract:
This article proposes to make an investigative analysis of the psychologist's work in the CAPS-AD of the municipality of Bagé and Pelotas, so that they can meet the professionals involved in the performance of this service, including their position regarding the management that permeates their activities , linked to the articulation of the network in mental health in such municipalities, and such contents and data of this small sample are intended to highlight the gaps that are present in public health, which through the application of techniques and posture in this field seeks to understand the contribution of psychology in this context. Methodologically, this study was an exploratory research of a qualitative nature, where six professionals working in CAPS-AD were interviewed and after data collection, the analysis was performed according to the method of content analysis proposed by Bardin. Faced with the results obtained and the theoretical references studied, it was evidenced that, the network articulation in mental health fails, it has consequences, being they the own restriction in resources, high demand, as well as, the strengthening of the prejudice over the dependent chemical . Another point highlighted in the research was the low knowledge of psychologists professionals in issues involving micro and macro political context, which reflects directly on the way the service is proposed
