ATUAÇÃO DO PROFISSIONAL DE ENFERMAGEM NA ASSISTÊNCIA AO PRÉ-NATAL NO CONTEXTO DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
OBJETIVO: Analisar como a literatura disponível aborda a atuação dos profissionais de enfermagem frente ao pré-natal no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde - APS. METODOLOGIA: Revisão integrativa, com método analítico e descritivo da literatura, em que foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico através de consulta ao site da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde. Sendo utilizado o seguinte cruzamento: Prenatal Care AND Nursing AND Primary Health Care AND Prenatal Education. A amostra foi composta de 16 artigos. Essa busca foi realizada em janeiro de 2021. RESULTADOS: A literatura disponível aponta aspectos positivos da atuação do profissional de enfermagem durante o pré-natal na APS, dentre esses, a sua busca e empenho em estabelecer uma relação pautada em confiança, no diálogo efetivo, na atenção, no carinho, o seu cuidado humanizado, no acolhimento, sua disposição em atender as demandas apresentadas nas consultas, dentre outros. Além disso, a realização do exame físico das gestantes foi considerada como diferencial do enfermeiro. Entretanto, foi perceptível que pontos importantes desse exame não são realizados, como a palpação obstétrica e exame das mamas. Pontua-se como aspectos fragilizados dessa atuação, que mesmo diante da importância do uso da educação em saúde pelo enfermeiro na APS, essa ainda possui aspectos a serem melhorados. Assim como, a alta rotatividade de profissionais na APS é um fator negativo para a construção de vínculo com as gestantes. Outros aspectos do pré-natal sofrem influência positiva da enfermagem, como a identificação de violência contra as mulheres, a importância do teste do pezinho e triagem neonatal. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que a relação de confiança construída entre enfermeiro e gestantes ocasiona resultados positivos no pré-natal. Entretanto, é perceptível que essa atuação ainda possui fragilidades e necessita que esses profissionais busquem pela sua educação permanente.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To analyze how the available literature approach the performance of nursing professionals in the face of prenatal care in the context of Primary Health Care - PHC. METHODOLOGY: Integrative review, with an analytical and descriptive method of literature, in which a bibliographic survey was carried out by consulting the Virtual Health Library website. The following crossover was used: Prenatal Care AND Nursing AND Primary Health Care AND Prenatal Education. The sample consisted of 16 articles. This search was carried out in January 2021. RESULTS: The available literature points out positive aspects of the performance of the nursing professional during prenatal care in PHC, among these, their search and commitment to establish a relationship based on trust, in effective dialogue, in attention, in affection, their humanized care, in welcoming, their willingness to meet the demands presented in the consultations, among others. In addition, the physical examination of pregnant women was considered a differential for nurses. However, it was noticeable that important points of this examination are not performed, such as obstetric palpation and breast examination. It is pointed out as weakened aspects of this performance, that even in face of the importance of the use of health education by nurses in PHC, this still has aspects to be improved. As well, the high turnover of professionals in PHC is a negative factor for building bonds with pregnant women. Other aspects of prenatal care are positively influenced by nursing, such as the identification of violence against women, the importance of the heel prick test and neonatal screening. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the relationship of trust built between nurses and pregnant women causes positive results in prenatal care. However, it is noticeable that this performance still has weaknesses and needs these professionals to search permanent education.
