ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO(A) NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE FRENTE AO CUIDADO A USUÁRIOS COM HIV/AIDS: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA
O vírus HIV é o responsável pelo desenvolvimento da Aids no organismo através do acometimento das células de defesa e da replicação viral. Para que a Aids seja identificada, é necessário considerar a baixa quantidade de células de defesa no organismo, assim como a manifestação de doenças oportunistas em alguns casos. Este estudo tem por objetivo identificar na literatura as evidências científicas sobre a assistência de enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde ao cliente convivendo com HIV/Aids. Refere-se a uma revisão narrativa da literatura, desenvolvida através da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), empregando os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): Assistência de Enfermagem, HIV e Atenção Primária à Saúde. Os artigos foram submetidos a critérios de inclusão e exclusão resultando em 39 estudos. Foram excluídos os artigos que não se adequaram à temática e textos duplicados, totalizando nove artigos. Após seleção foi realizada uma análise descritiva dos textos eleitos. Os artigos utilizados apresentavam algumas características: apresentaram-se em regiões demográficas semelhantes como sudeste, nordeste e sul, seus autores possuíam titulação de mestre, doutor, bacharel, docente, dentre outras. O enfermeiro deve promover o aconselhamento pré e pós-testagem, instituir educação sobre saúde sexual e reprodutiva, e assistência integral a todos os ciclos de vida do paciente, estimulando a adesão desse usuário ao tratamento, e esclarecendo dúvidas quanto aos medicamentos e efeitos colaterais, estabelecendo tudo isso com uma escuta ativa, sem pré-julgamentos e ofertando uma assistência sistematizada e holística. O profissional enfermeiro, por estar na linha de frente desse cuidado, deve compreender seu paciente em todo seu contexto biopsicossocial, tornando necessário a realização de práticas de educação em saúde, promovendo a quebra de estigmas e paradigmas, para que o cuidado a esse paciente seja realizado de forma integral e humanizado.

Abstract:
The HIV is the responsible for AIDS development in the organism through the defense cell's affection and viral replication. For AIDS to be identified, it's necessary to consider the low quantity of defense cells in the organism, as well as the manifestation of opportunist deseases in some cases. This study has as its objective to identify in the literature the scientific evidences about nursing assistance on the Primary Health Attention to the client living with HIV/AIDS. It refers to a narrative literature review, developed through the Virtual Library on Health (VLH), using the Health Science Descriptors (HSD): Nursing Assistance, HIV and Primary Health Attention. The articles were submitted to inclusion and exclusion criteria resulting in 39 studies. Excluded from the study were the articles that did not fit into the theme and duplicated essays, with a total of nine articles. A descriptive analysis of the chosen essays was made after the selection. The utilized articles presented some characteristics: similar demographic regions with the southeast, northeast and south, their authors have a master's degree, doctorate, bachelor's, teacher, among others. The nurse should promote pre- and post-testing counseling, institute education on sexual and reproductive health, and comprehensive assistance to all patient life cycles, stimulating this user's adherence to treatment, and clarifying doubts about medications and side effects, establishing all of this with active listening, without prejudice and offering systematic and holistic assistance. The nurse professional, being at the forefront of this care, must understand his patient in all his biopsychosocial context, making it necessary to carry out health education practices, promoting the breaking of stigmas and paradigms, so that the care to this patient is carried out in a comprehensive and humanized way.
