ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NOS SERVIÇOS DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA – REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
INTRODUÇÃO: A atuação dos enfermeiros nos serviços de urgência e emergência tem sido modificado conforme a mudança do perfil de atendimento à população. Os serviços emergenciais possuem objetivo de atender casos de usuários com estado de saúde não urgente até os estados graves. Caracteriza-se com atendimento de emergência aquele que necessita de atendimento imediato onde o usuário apresenta risco de morte, na urgência o usuário que necessita de atendimento médico, porém pode esperar. Objetiva-se demonstrar a atuação do enfermeiro nos serviços de urgência e emergência tendo como problemática suas dificuldades diante os serviços emergenciais em diferentes contextos, estudo realizado através de pesquisa integrativa baseada em revisão de artigos existentes em literaturas. DESENVOLVIMENTO: O enfermeiro emergencista possui ampla atuação nos serviços que prestam esse tipo de atendimento sendo as principais prestações do serviço: a assistência de enfermagem com prestação de cuidados, gerenciamento e liderança da equipe, resultando de seu atendimento com resolubilidade, profissionalismo e proatividade, trabalha objetivando a implementação e consolidação de ações com obtendo resultado redução de taxas de morbimortalidade. CONCLUSÃO: O profissional enfermeiro embora obtenha adversidades nos serviços emergenciais possui habilidades e competência para trabalhar com resolubilidade, segurança e qualidade na assistência de enfermagem prestada. Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The performance of nurses in urgent and emergency services has been modified as the profile of care for the population changes. Emergency services have the objective of attending to cases of users with a non-urgent health condition up to serious states. Emergency care is characterized as the one that needs immediate care where the user is at risk of death, in the emergency the user who needs medical attention, but can wait. The objective is to demonstrate the performance of nurses in urgent and emergency services, having as a problem their difficulties in the face of emergency services in different contexts, a study carried out through integrative research based on a review of existing articles in the literature. DEVELOPMENT: The emergency nurse has a wide range of activities in the services that provide this type of care, with the main features of the service being: nursing care with the provision of care, management and leadership of the team, resulting from their care with resoluteness, professionalism and proactivity, working aiming at the implementation and consolidation of actions with the result of reducing morbidity and mortality rates. CONCLUSION: The professional nurse, despite having adversities in emergency services, has the skills and competence to work with resolution, safety and quality in the nursing care provided.
