ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NA CONSULTA DE PUERICULTURA DA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA
Objetivo: Verificar a atuação do
enfermeiro no desenvolvimento da consulta de
puericultura na Atenção Básica. Método: Tratouse
de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa
da literatura do tipo descritiva, realizada na
Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), nas bases
de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF. A coleta
de dados ocorreu no mês de setembro de 2018,
incluindo artigos nos idiomas português, inglês
e espanhol com recorte temporal de 2008 a
2018. A amostra foi composta por 11 estudos.
Resultados: Dos estudos incluídos nesta
revisão 27,27% foram publicados em 2013, com
relação as bases de dados 81,81% dos estudos
foram publicadas na LILACS, no que tange aos
periódicos de publicação 18,19% foi da Revista
de Enfermagem do Nordeste, em relação ao tipo
de estudo 36,36% são descritivos. Construíramse
os seguintes núcleos temáticos: Ações
desempenhadas pelo enfermeiro durante a
consulta de puericultura; O estabelecimento do
vínculo mãe, criança e enfermeiro; e Educação
em saúde como estratégia do cuidado à criança.
Conclusão: Observou-se que ainda há falhas
dos enfermeiros na realização da consulta da
criança. Dentre as fragilidades encontradas é
pertinente destacar as orientações realizadas
pelo enfermeiro sem abordar o contexto
socioeconômico da criança e a falta de
compromisso com atividades de educação em
saúde voltadas a promoção da saúde infantil.

Abstract:
objective: to verify the role of the nurse in the development of childcare
consultation in the basic attention. Method: an integrative review of the research
literature of the descriptive type, the search in the literature was held at Virtual Health
Library (VHL), in the databases LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF. Data collection occurred
in September 2018, including articles in Portuguese, Spanish and English languages
with temporal of 2008 to 2018. The sample was composed of 11 studies. Results: the
study included in this review 27.27% were published in 2013, with relation databases
81.81% of the studies were published in LILACS, with regard to publishing journals
18.19% of journal of nursing in the Northeast, according to the type 36.36% study
are descriptive. Built the following thematic clusters: actions performed by the nurse
during the childcare consultation; the establishment of the link mother, child and nurse;
and health education as the child care strategy. Conclusion: it has been observed
that there are still failures of nurses in the realization of the child's query. Among the
weaknesses found is pertinent to highlight the guidelines carried out by nurse without
addressing the socio-economic context of the child and the lack of commitment with
health education activities to promote child health.
