ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NA ASSISTÊNCIA MATERNO-INFANTIL: FATORES INFLUENCIADORES DO DESMAME PRECOCE
O aleitamento materno traz benefícios tanto para a mãe, quanto para o bebê, além de promover o vínculo entre o binômio. Após o nascimento, a preparação da mãe para o ato de amamentar é posta à prova, podendo desencadear situações que podem levar ao desmame precoce, que apresenta diversos fatores predisponentes, como o uso de objetos e alimentos artificiais, leite industrializado, pega incorreta, falta de acompanhamento profissional, dentre outros. O desmame precoce ainda é um problema que requer atenção das equipes multiprofissionais, em especial a enfermagem. Para tanto, o objetivo deste trabalho é identificar na literatura científica os principais fatores influenciadores do desmame precoce e o papel do enfermeiro nesse processo. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. A busca foi realizada entre os meses de agosto a outubro de 2021, nas bases de dados SciELO, PubMed e no portal da BVS, utilizando-se as palavras-chaves: “Amamentação”, “Desmame precoce”, “Papel do enfermeiro” e “Enfermagem materno-infantil”, com uso do operador booleano AND. Os critérios de inclusão: artigos publicados na íntegra em português, espanhol e inglês, que correspondessem ao objetivo do estudo, no recorte temporal de 2010 a 2021. Os de exclusão: dissertações, teses e outros estudos, fora do recorte temporal e artigos não disponíveis na íntegra. Foram identificados 104 artigos e destes 13 compuseram a amostra do presente estudo. Assim, o aleitamento materno precisa de prática para ser realizado e não depende somente da mãe, é necessário apoio familiar e dos profissionais de saúde, especialmente do enfermeiro, que possui meios e estratégias eficazes para assistir a mulher, promovendo e incentivando a manutenção do aleitamento materno, visando à redução do desmame precoce.

Abstract:
Breastfeeding benefits both the mother and the baby, in addition to promoting the bond between the binomial. After birth, the mother's preparation for the act of breastfeeding is put to the test, which can trigger situations that can lead to early weaning, which has several predisposing factors, such as the use of artificial objects and foods, industrialized milk, incorrect latching, lack of professional follow-up, among others. Early weaning is still a problem that requires attention from multidisciplinary teams, especially nursing. Therefore, the objective of this work is to identify in the scientific literature the main factors influencing early weaning and the role of nurses in this process. This is an integrative literature review. The search was carried out between August and October 2021, in the SciELO, PubMed and VHL portal databases, using the keywords: "Breastfeeding", "Early weaning", "Nurse's role" and “Mother-infant nursing”, using the Boolean operator AND. Inclusion criteria: articles published in full in Portuguese, Spanish and English, which correspond to the objective of the study, in the time frame from 2010 to 2021. Exclusion criteria: dissertations, theses and other studies, outside the time frame and articles not available in full. A total of 104 articles were identified and of these 13 made up the sample of the present study. Thus, breastfeeding needs practice to be carried out and does not depend only on the mother, it is necessary to support family and health professionals, especially nurses, who have effective means and strategies to assist women, promoting and encouraging the maintenance of breastfeeding. mother, aiming to reduce early weaning.
