ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO EM EMERGENCIAS PSIQUIÁTRICAS EM UM PRONTO ATENDIMENTO.
O Enfermeiro é considerado o
profissional que possui o contato mais próximo
e intenso com paciente, uma vez que essa
categoria é em maior quantidade no âmbito
hospitalar. Dessa forma, é necessário que esses
profissionais tenham uma boa qualificação
cientifica e tenham segurança na hora da
realização de qualquer atendimento, uma vez
que o processo da reforma psiquiátrica exige
cada vez mais a qualificação técnica e teórica
dos trabalhadores do setor da saúde. Logo, o
presente estudo tem como objeto a qualificação
cientifica e técnica produzida pelo profissional
de enfermagem frente ao um paciente de
emergências psiquiátrica. Desse modo, o
objetivo geral é sintetizar o conhecimento acerca
da conduta do profissional de enfermagem em
emergência psiquiátrica. E os específicos são:
expor as dificuldades que um enfermeiro passa
diante uma crise psiquiátrica de um paciente
do pronto atendimento; ressalta os motivos de
tais dificuldades e falhas durante o atendimento
de emergências psiquiátricas Trata-se de uma
revisão integrativa da literatura, a pesquisa tem
como método qualitativo. Após aplicar todos os
critérios de inclusão e exclusão tivemos uma
amostra de 8 artigos no total. Para a seleção
das publicações procedeu-se à leitura exaustiva
dos títulos e resumos, assegurando que os
mesmos contemplavam o especifico objeto de
estudo. Diante destas considerações, propôs
se com esse estudo sintetizar o conhecimento produzido na literatura nacional acerca
da conduta do profissional de enfermagem em emergência psiquiátrica.

Abstract:
The Nurse is considered the professional that has the closest and intense
contact with the patient, since this category is more in the hospital scope. Thus, it
is necessary that these professionals have a good scientific qualification and have
security at the time of any service, since the process of psychiatric reform increasingly
demands the technical and theoretical qualification of health workers. Therefore, the
present study has as its object the scientific and technical qualification produced by the
nursing professional in front of a patient of psychiatric emergencies. Thus, the general
objective is to synthesize knowledge about the conduct of the nursing professional in a
psychiatric emergency. And the specific ones are: to expose the difficulties that a nurse
passes before a psychiatric crisis of a patient of the ready care; stresses the reasons
for such difficulties and failures during the attendance of psychiatric emergencies. It
is an integrative review of the literature, the research has as qualitative method. After
applying all the inclusion and exclusion criteria we had a sample of 8 articles in total.
For the selection of publications, the titles and abstracts were thoroughly read, ensuring
that they covered the specific subject of study. Considering these considerations, it
was proposed with this study to synthesize the knowledge produced in the national
literature about the conduct of the nursing professional in psychiatric emergency.
