ATUAÇÃO DE ENFERMAGEM NOS CENTROS DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL (CAPS): UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
A Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira
propõe a substituição do modelo manicomial
pela criação de uma rede de serviços
substitutivos territorializados, entre eles os
Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS),
onde o profissional enfermeiro desenvolve um
trabalho em equipe multiprofissional na busca
da reabilitação psicossocial e promoção da
cidadania ao usuário. Desse modo, o presente
estudo teve como objetivo caracterizar a
produção científica acerca da atuação de
enfermagem no âmbito dos CAPS, através
de uma revisão integrativa da literatura.
O estudo foi desenvolvido junto à BVS
(LILACS, BDENF), a partir do cruzamento dos
descritores: Enfermagem Psiquiátrica; Reforma
Psiquiátrica; Centro de Atenção Psicossocial,
separados entre si pelo operador AND. A
busca resultou em 62 artigos, nos quais foram
aplicados os critérios de inclusão, restando 10
para a composição da amostra desse estudo.
A análise categorizou os estudos a partir de
três eixos temáticos que explicam as atuações
de enfermagem nos CAPS, sendo estas:
intersetoriais, de promoção à saúde mental e
técnico-administrativas. Observou-se que os
profissionais enfermeiros que atuam nos CAPS
buscam prevenir o sofrimento psíquico de forma
que o indivíduo possa ser inserido na sociedade
e na família. Aponta-se que, qualquer que seja
o âmbito da atuação da enfermagem, esta deve
desencadear formas de interação continuada
com o usuário, promovendo o cuidado e
o vínculo. Faz-se necessário conhecer as
possíveis transformações da enfermagem nos
serviços extra-hospitalares, estabelecendo
estratégias que auxiliem o sujeito em seu
tratamento, trazendo um novo olhar em saúde
mental para além do cuidado clínico.

Abstract:
The Brazilian Psychiatric Reform
proposes the replacement of the asylum model
by the creation of a network of territorially
substitute services, among them the Centers
for Psychosocial Care (CPSC), where the
nurse professional develops a multiprofessional
teamwork in the quest for psychosocial
rehabilitation and promotion of citizenship to the
user. Thus, the present study had the objective
of characterizing the scientific production about
nursing performance within the CPSC, through
an integrative review of the literature. The
study was developed together with the VHL (LILACS, BDENF), from the cross-over
of the descriptors: Psychiatric Nursing; Psychiatric Reform; Center for Psychosocial
Care, separated by the AND operator. The search resulted in 62 articles, in which the
inclusion criteria were applied, leaving 10 for the composition of the study sample.
The analysis categorized the studies from three thematic axes that explain the nursing
activities in the CPSC, being these: intersectoral, of promotion to mental health and
technical-administrative. It was observed that the nurses working in the CPSC seek
to prevent psychological suffering so that the individual can be inserted in society and
in the family. It is pointed out that, whatever the scope of nursing action, it should
trigger forms of continuous interaction with the user, promoting care and bonding. It is
necessary to know the possible transformations of nursing in extrahospital services,
establishing strategies that help the subject in his treatment, bringing a new look in
mental health beyond clinical care.
