ATUAÇÃO DAS TERAPIAS MULTIDISCIPLINARES NO TRATAMENTO DO TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA – REVISÃO NARRATIVA
O Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) é uma deficiência complexa do desenvolvimento que afeta, principalmente, as áreas da linguagem, interação social e do comportamento. Apesar da intensa investigação sobre a etiologia deste transtorno, sabe-se apenas que ele se desenvolve pela dualidade entre fatores genéticos e ambientais, mas isso não garante a elucidação precisa de sua causa, o que dificulta o desenvolvimento de sua cura. Diante disso, este trabalho tem por objetivo revisar informações disponível na literatura, referente as terapias multidisciplinares no tratamento do TEA. Após a confirmação diagnóstica e a comunicação à família é estabelecido o tratamento e a reabilitação da criança com TEA. A partir disso, o projeto terapêutico deve ser aplicado de acordo com as necessidades individuais do paciente e de seus familiares, sendo indispensável a atuação de uma equipe multidisciplinar para realizar um plano de intervenção personalizado, precoce e continuado. Este plano pode atenuar alguns sintomas e incitar um progresso no desenvolvimento desta criança, principalmente nas três principais áreas de desajustes do transtorno que são a interação social, a comunicação e o comportamento desadaptativo. Há poucas publicações referente a abordagem, o que pode garantir a contribuição técnico-científica e o esclarecimento dos profissionais de saúde e comunidade em geral.

Abstract:
Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex developmental disability that mainly affects the areas of language, social interaction and behavior. Despite intense research on the etiology of this disorder, it is only known that it develops due to the duality between genetic and environmental factors, but this does not guarantee the precise elucidation of its cause, which makes it difficult to develop its cure. Therefore, this work aims to review information available in the literature, regarding multidisciplinary therapies in the treatment of ASD. After diagnostic confirmation and communication to the family, treatment and rehabilitation of the child with ASD is established. Thereafther, the therapeutic project must be applied according to the individual needs of the patient and his/ her family members, and a multidisciplinary team is essential to carry out a personalized, early and continuous intervention plan. This plan can mitigate some symptoms and encourage progress in the development of this child, especially in the three main areas of maladjustment of the disorder, which are social interaction, communication and maladaptibe behavior. There are few publications regarding the approach, which can guarantee the technical-scientific contribution and the clarification of health professionals and the community in general.
