ATUAÇÃO DAS MULHERES EM CARGO DE LIDERANÇA EM UMA INSTITUIÇÃO PÚBLICA DE ENSINO
O presente artigo teve por objetivo
analisar a atuação das mulheres em cargos
de liderança no âmbito de uma Universidade
Estadual. A pesquisa configura-se como
qualitativa e utiliza-se da estratégia de estudo
de caso e foi realizada com um grupo de
participantes de 23 mulheres, chefes de
departamentos dos centros de estudos. Os
resultados apontaram que não há distinções
visíveis quanto ao gênero em relação à escolha
do cargo de liderança, e apresentou ainda que
as mulheres apesar de todo esforço, não se
sentem chefes devido à falta de autonomia,
recursos, assim como a burocratização, estes
por sua vez, derivados de instituições públicas.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the
performance of women in leadership positions
within a State University. The research appears
as qualitative and strategy as case study and
was conducted with a sample of 23 women,
heads of departments of study centers, for the
analysis of data the guiding categories from the
objectives were used. The results showed that
there are no visible distinctions as to gender in
relation to choice of leadership position, and
still showed that women despite all efforts, not
feel heads due to lack of autonomy, resources
and excessive bureaucracy, derived from public
institution.
