Atuação da Mulher na Polícia Militar do Estado do Paraná: historicidade, avanços e dificuldades
presente pesquisa é de abordagem
qualitativa e caráter explicativo-bibliográfico, com
aporte de relato de experiência, fundamentada
especialmente em Leis, documentos e boletins
da Polícia Militar do Estado do Paraná (PMPR),
Calazans,Musemecie Soares. Tem como
objetivo expandir o conhecimento de como
ocorreu a inserção de policiais femininas na
PMPR, evidenciando os avanços e os atuais
impasses que necessitam ser superados. A
questão norteadora discute qual papel vem
desempenhando estas profissionais no âmbito
da corporação e se são vítimas de preconceitos
por parte de outros integrantes da tropa?
Conceitua-se Patriarcado, esclarecendo o que
é Igualdade, Gênero, Sexismo, e Machismo.
Apresenta-se um breve histórico da mulher
na Polícia Militar do Estado do Paraná,
onde é relativamente recente a inserção das
mulheres; relata-se as experiências vividas
por estes pesquisadores nas atuações dentro
e fora da corporação. Busca-se esclarecer
as dificuldades já superadas e quais ainda
perduram neste ambiente. É notória a evolução
da mulher nas mais variadas áreas do mercado
de trabalho, não sendo diferente seu progresso
nesta instituição militar, onde desempenham
diversas funções se equiparando aos homens,
exercendo assim a cidadania e sua qualificação
para o trabalho. Tanto na sociedade, quanto na
própria corporação há muitos preconceitos a
serem superados, a mulher ainda é considerada
vulnerável e frágil, delegada muitas vezes,
à funções secundárias. Considera-se que
o aperfeiçoamento constante na busca de
conhecimentos, técnicas, informações e
qualificação estão sendo a chave para que
as policiais femininas sejam reconhecidas na
corporação da qual fazem parte.

Abstract:
This research is a qualitative and
explanatory-bibliographic approach, with the
contribution of an experience report, especially
based on Laws, documents and bulletins of the
Military Police of the State of Paraná (PMPR),
Calazans, Musemecie Soares. Its objective
is to expand the knowledge of how the insertion of female police officers occurred
in the PMPR, showing the advances and the current impasses that need to be
overcome. The guiding question discusses what role these professionals are playing
within the corporation and if they are victims of prejudice by other members of the
troop? Patriarchy is conceptualized, clarifying what is Equality, Gender, Sexism, and
Machismo. A brief history of women is presented in the Military Police of the State of
Paraná, where the insertion of women is relatively recent; we report on the experiences
of these researchers in the activities inside and outside the corporation. It seeks to
clarify the difficulties already overcome and which still remain in this environment. The
evolution of women in the most varied areas of the labor market is notorious, and their
progress in this military institution is not different, where they perform several functions
to equate men, thus exercising citizenship and their qualification for work. Both in
society and in the corporation itself there are many prejudices to be overcome, women
are still considered vulnerable and fragile, often delegated to secondary functions. It
is considered that the constant improvement in the search for knowledge, techniques,
information and qualification are being the key so that the female police officers are
recognized in the corporation of which they are part.
