ATUAÇÃO DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM DIANTE DA MANIPULAÇÃO DO PREMATURO EXTREMO
O presente estudo trata sobre a manipulação ao prematuro extremo e tem como objetivo geral conhecer as reações fisiológicas e comportamentais, bem como as consequências advindas desse tipo de estímulo na assistência ao neonato. Para tanto, estabeleceu-se como objetivos específicos descrever as reações e as consequências da manipulação a fim de discutir as implicações dos achados para a assistência de enfermagem neonatal. O modelo de pesquisa utilizado foi exploratório descritivo de abordagem qualitativa e, para isso, foi utilizado o método de revisão integrativa de literatura não sistemática. Como resultado, o estudo aponta a manipulação excessiva por parte da equipe multidisciplinar, em que a mínima estimulação pode desencadear respostas fisiológicas e/ou comportamentais ao prematuro extremo. Como consequência dessa manipulação, a interrupção do sono e a dor são apontadas como nocivas para o desenvolvimento do sistema nervoso central, podendo levar a sequelas neurológicas, principalmente devido à hemorragia intracraniana. Assim, ao final do estudo, conclui-se que é importante ressaltar que, sendo o enfermeiro gerente do cuidado, ele deve estabelecer condutas que visem o cuidado humanizado, pautado na neuroproteção, como o protocolo de mínimo manuseio que garante menor número de manipulações possíveis.

Abstract:
This present study deals about the manipulation in the extreme premature and has as general objective cognize the physical and physiological reactions, as well as the consequences arising from the stimuli in the assistance to the newborn. Therefore, has been established as specific objectives describing the reactions and the consequences of the manipulation in order to discuss about the implications of the research for neonatal nursing care. The model of search that had been used was the exploratory descriptive qualitative approach and, for these reasons, was used the integrative review of non-systematic literature method. As a result, the study indicates the excessive manipulation by the multidisciplinary group in which the minimum stimulation can trigger physical and physiological in the extreme premature. As a consequence of this manipulation, the sleep interruption and the pain are identified as harmful for central nervous system development, and it can motivate neurological sequelae, mainly due to intracranial hemorrhage. Thus, at the end of the study, it was concluded that it is important to emphasize that the nurse, as the caregiver, must establish conducts aimed at humanized care, based on neuroprotection as the minimum handling protocol that guarantees fewer possible manipulations.
