ATUAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM EM PACIENTES OSTOMIZADOS COM DOENÇA DE CROHN: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar e trazer uma visão geral da assistência de enfermagem que é prestada ao paciente ostomizado que possui a doença de Crohn. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica integrativa com abordagem quanti qualitativa que deu enfoque principalmente aos cuidados de enfermagem, alterações fisiológicas, sintomas, epidemiologia, fisiopatologia e as reações psicoemocionais e sociais que ocorrem após a realização da intervenção. Observa-se que a ostomia traz diversas adaptações, mudanças nos hábitos de vida, reações emocionais e mesmo que adaptados os pacientes ainda apresentam grandes dificuldades. Recomendando-se assim que o profissional enfermeiro se especialize ainda mais em conhecimentos sobre doenças intestinais e ostomias, visto que as mesmas vem aumentando ano a ano, podendo assim: auxiliar, contribuir e proporcionar uma melhor adaptação e qualidade de vida ao paciente.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyze and provide an overview of the nursing care that is provided to ostomizedpatients who have Crohn's disease. For this, an integrative literature review was carried out with a quantitative and qualitative approach that focused mainly on nursing care, physiological changes, symptoms, epidemiology, pathophysiology and the psycho-emotional and social reactions that occur after the intervention performed. It is observed that the ostomy causes and brings several adaptations, changes in life habits, several emotional reactions and even if adapted, patients still have great difficulties. Thus, it is recommended that the professional nurse specializes even more in knowledge about intestinal diseases and ostomies, since they are increasing year by year, thus being able to: assist, contribute and provide a betteradaptation and quality of life to the patient.
