ATRIBUIÇÕES DO ENFERMEIRO FRENTE À AUDITORIA EM SAÚDE
O estudo objetivou conhecer na literatura as atividades do enfermeiro auditor e seu campo de
atuação no processo de trabalho da enfermagem. O artigo vigente trata-se de um estudo de natureza
bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa e a revisão bibliográfica, concebidas através da análise de
materiais relacionados ao tema dispostos. A procura pelas fontes foi realizada por meio de leituras
concorrentes para tomada de conhecimento do tema proposto, em periódicos científicos por meio
eletrônico e pesquisados mediante os Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS) “Auditoria de
Enfermagem”, “Qualidade da Assistência à Saúde” e “Papel do Profissional de Enfermagem”, sendo
realizado nas bibliotecas virtuais como a Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e Scientific Eletronic Library
Online (Scielo). Realizadas as buscas no período de janeiro a março de 2021, iniciando pela BVS 11
artigos foram encontrados nos quais 6 foram inclusos na pesquisa. Já na base de dados da Scielo, foram
dispostos 90 artigos, no qual 1 restou para ser incluso neste estudo. Apoiado a leitura e análise do
material, emergiram-se duas categorias, Competências do enfermeiro auditor e Áreas de atuação do
enfermeiro auditor pertinente aos 7 artigos selecionados. Os artigos pesquisados para o estudo em
questão, elucidou as principais atividades que desempenham o enfermeiro na função de auditoria, e que
são direcionados ao atendimento das necessidades do paciente, e ainda sobre os profissionais se
apropriarem dos conhecimentos que lhe cabem como profissional para que haja melhora e possam torná-
lo o profissional de qualidade que uma assistência de qualidade precisa.

Abstract:
The study aimed to know in the literature the activities of the nurse auditor and their field of
action in the nursing work process. The current article is a study of a bibliographic nature, with a
qualitative approach and a bibliographic review, conceived through the analysis of materials related to the
theme provided. The search for sources was carried out through concurrent readings for knowledge of the
proposed theme, in scientific journals by electronic means and researched using the Descriptors in Health
Sciences (DeCS) “Nursing Audit”, “Quality of Health Care” and “Role of the Nursing Professional”, being
carried out in virtual libraries such as the Virtual Health Library (BVS) and Scientific Electronic Library
Online (Scielo). The searches were carried out from January to March 2021, starting with the VHL, 11
articles were found in which 6 were included in the search. In the Scielo database, 90 articles were
arranged, of which 1 remained to be included in this study. Supported by the reading and analysis of the
material, two categories emerged, Competencies of the nurse auditor and Areas of work of the nurse
auditor relevant to the 7 selected articles. The articles researched for the study in question, clarified the
main activities that the nurse performs in the audit function, and which are directed to meeting the
patient's needs, and also about the professionals appropriating the knowledge that fits them as a
professional so that there is improves and can make you the quality professional that quality care needs.
