Atribuições, dificuldades e satisfação de coordenadores pedagógicos de um município cearense
Este artigo investiga atribuições,
dificuldades e nível de satisfação de
coordenadores pedagógicos em um município
cearense. Os resultados contribuirão para a
formulação de políticas na área da gestão
educacional e escolar. O estudo valeu-se das
contribuições teóricas de Pinto e Mariano
(2011), Almeida e Placo (2009; 2013), dentre
outros. Optou-se pela pesquisa qualitativa,
por meio de entrevistas com 48 profissionais
de escolas públicas municipais. Após análise
de conteúdo, verificou-se que, embora o nível
de satisfação dos sujeitos seja alto (90%), são
apontadas inúmeras dificuldades, configuradas
como desafios, tais como o desvio de função e
o excesso de demandas, o que contribui para
ficar em segundo plano a formação continuada
de professores, sua atividade precípua.

Abstract:
This article investigates the attributions, difficulties and level of satisfaction
of pedagogical coordinators in a municipality of
Ceará. The results will contribute to the formulation
of policies in the area of educational and school
management. The study was based on the
theoretical contributions of Pinto and Mariano
(2011), Almeida and Placo (2009, 2013), among
others. We chose qualitative research, through
interviews with 48 professionals from municipal
public schools. After content analysis, it was
verified that, although the level of satisfaction
of the subjects is high (90%), there are many
difficulties identified, such as the deviation of
function and the excess of demands, which
contributes to staying in the background, the
continuing education of teachers, their primary
activity.
