Currently on public roads on the outskirts of cities and roads in rural areas across the country where there is little supervision, especially at night, the number of accidents, deaths and hospital admissions due to acts of motorcycle piling carried out by young people irresponsibly with only one of the wheels kept on the ground or other more dangerous juggling acts, showing off to themselves and to spectators and supporters of these criminal acts on public roads which, through recording videos, are sent to other groups of supporters and via the Internet on networks social. These thoughtless acts currently popularly known in Brazil as wheeling deserve rejection from society because they are dangerous and cause many deaths, mutilations and high hospitalization costs for survivors, especially in the country's public hospitals. This work aimed, through a study with this focus, to analyze cases of accidents and deaths reported in newspapers and TV and to analyze existing laws that criminalize these acts carried out on public roads with judgments, Menus and Rulings already handed down in our Courts where they consider these acts as a crime; this study with Focus and Vision of Acts as Crime in Criminal Law.
