Abstract: The athletics didactic plan is developed over eight progressive weeks with the aim of teaching the technical fundamentals of the discipline within the school context. A formative approach is proposed, allowing students to explore basic physical abilities—such as speed, strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility—from a pedagogical, inclusive, and non-competitive perspective. Each week is dedicated to a specific technical component, including a related warm-up and a sequence of fifteen progressively structured activities. Topics covered include basic athletic posture, sprinting, horizontal and vertical jumps, throwing events, relay races, functional circuits, and applied games. Activities are adapted to the school environment and student level. The plan promotes the development of motor skills along with teamwork, self-regulation, body awareness, and efficient space use. The methodological approach emphasizes body exploration, personal growth, and cooperative experiences through tasks that integrate athletic techniques with group dynamics and mutual respect. In the final week, a cooperative circuit or station-based series is proposed to integrate the contents in a playful, creative, and collaborative way. Values such as perseverance, empathy, shared effort, and individual progress are reinforced. Athletics is thus presented as an educational tool that supports the holistic development of students, strengthening both physical skills and social-emotional competencies.
