ATLETA PARALÍMPICO E O CUIDADO MULTIPROFISSIONAL
O atendimento ao indivíduo com lesão medular exige uma ação conjunta de vários profissionais da saúde, no entanto, os enfermeiros e os fisioterapeutas são os que passam o maior tempo com estes indivíduos, e no que se refere ao atleta paralímpico não é diferente. Assim este texto tem como objetivo atender as diferentes dúvidas assistenciais que surgem no atendimento diário destes, possibilitando a melhor assistência de saúde possível. Desta forma, elencou-se a taxonomia da North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) para os diagnósticos de enfermagem e as intervenções derivaram da Nursing Interventions Classification (NIC). Os cuidados de fisioterapia foram baseados em conhecimentos específicos que compreendem da avaliação ao tratamento e também no conteúdo específico de fisioterapia na prática esportiva.

Abstract:
The care of individuals with spinal cord injury requires a joint action of several health professionals, however, nurses and physiotherapists who spend the most time with these individuals, and with regard to the paralympic athlete is no different. Thus, this text aims to meet the different care questions that arise in their daily care, enabling the best possible health care. Thus, the taxonomy of the North American Association of Nursing Diagnosis (NANDA) was used for nursing diagnoses and the interventions derived from the Classification of Nursing Interventions (NIC). Physiotherapy care was based on specific knowledge that includes treatment evaluation and also on the specific content of physiotherapy in sports practice.
