ATIVOS E PASSIVOS FLORESTAIS: RELAÇÃO ENTRE PECUÁRIA E DESFLORESTAMENTO NA MICRORREGIÃO DE ARIQUEMES
A presente pesquisa visou identificar e analisar os ativos e passivos florestais no uso e ocupação do solo em Rondônia e a relação entre a pecuária e o desflorestamento na microrregião de Ariquemes no período de 2007 a 2016, bem como os principais aspectos da Legislação Ambiental como instrumento de proteção do meio ambiente, para se utilizar o solo de forma sustentável. Os dados foram avaliados por análise comparativa de estratégias qualitativas, comparando as leis ambientais. As informações para a pesquisa sucedeu por meio de consulta a documentos do acervo dos renomados órgãos públicos ligados à agricultura e meio ambiente. No processo de ocupação de Rondônia sobreveio diversos fatores indutores do desflorestamento, dentre eles, a migração, a construção de rodovias, pólos de desenvolvimento e a expansão da atividade agropecuária, com destaque para a pecuária bovina. O estudo demonstra que o crecimento da pecuária está diretamente relacionado com o desflorestamento. É necessário criar meios tecnológicos para aumentar a produtividade, melhorar a renda e garantir a sustentabilidade, com o uso racional dos recursos naturais.

Abstract:
The present research aimed to identify and analyze the forest assets and liabilities in use and occupation of soil in Rondônia and the relationship between livestock and deforestation in the Ariquemes microregion in the period from 2007 to 2016, as well as the main aspects of Environmental Legislation as an instrument for protecting the environment, to use the soil in a sustainable way. The data were evaluated by comparative analysis of qualitative strategies, comparing environmental laws. The information for the search occurred by consultation of documents of the collection of renowned public agencies linked to agriculture and the environment. In the process of occupation of Rondônia occurred several factors inducing deforestation, among them, the migration, the construction of roads and poles of development and the expansion of agricultural activity, with emphasis on livestock. The study demonstrades that livestock growth is directly related to deforestation. It is necessary to create technological means to increase the productivity, improve the income and ensure the sustainability, with the rational use of natural resources.
