ATIVIDADES GERENCIAIS DO ENFERMEIRO NO CENTRO CIRÚRGICO: DESAFIOS E ESTRATÉGIAS
Introdução: os centros cirúrgicos são setores do âmbito hospitalar destinados a execuções de atividades de pequeno a grande porte, com isso tornando-se passível a fragilidades e efeitos indesejados, como o óbito. O sistema de trabalho do enfermeiro está diretamente relacionado a assistência/cuidado, administração/gerência e ao ensino/pesquisa. O gerenciamento é essencial na prática diária do centro cirúrgico, e o enfermeiro é o ponto chave dessa gerência, pois, todo processo desde a entrada até a saída do paciente do centro cirúrgico o enfermeiro está ligado e presente em todos. O objetivo do estudo foi descrever, através de uma revisão integrativa, os desafios e estratégias dos enfermeiros nas atividades gerenciais no centro cirúrgico. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. Resultados: após a utilização da estratégia de busca, foi analisado vinte e seis artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão previamente estabelecidos. Conclusão: É imprescindível que os enfermeiros de centro cirúrgico reflitam e coloquem em pauta visões como centralização, controle, liderança, idealizações e por vezes, visões fictícias e inatingíveis. É necessário debater sobre o trabalho em equipe e sobre a responsabilidade compartilhada no cotidiano da produção do cuidado nos serviços de saúde.

Abstract:
Introduction: Surgical centers are sectors of the hospital environment designed to carry out activities from small to large, thus making them susceptible to weaknesses and unwanted effects, such as death. The nurse's work system is directly related to assistance / care, administration / management and teaching / research. Management is essential in the daily practice of the operating room, and the nurse is the key point of this management, since the entire process from the entry to the departure of the patient from the operating room, the nurse is connected and present in everyone. The objective of the study was to describe, through an integrative review, the challenges and strategies of nurses in management activities in the operating room. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review. Results: after using the search strategy, twenty-six articles that met the previously established inclusion criteria were analyzed. Conclusion: It is essential that nurses in the operating room reflect and put on the agenda views such as centralization, control, leadership, idealizations and sometimes, fictitious and unattainable views. It is necessary to debate about teamwork and shared responsibility in the daily production of care in health services.
