ATIVIDADE PRÁTICA DE ESTAQUIA COM ESTUDANTES DE ENOLOGIA DURANTE O ENSINO REMOTO.
O interesse dos alunos por novas tecnologias durante o ensino remoto ocorre de forma muito rápida no atual contexto. Entretanto, é evidente a necessidade de atividades práticas para consolidar o conteúdo teórico ministrado. Neste sentido foi proposto aos alunos do primeiro semestre do Curso de Enologia da Universidade Federal do Pampa, Campus Dom Pedrito que executassem uma estaquia da videira no componente prático de Morfologia e Fisiologia Vegetal. As ferramentas tecnológicas utilizadas foram o google meet de forma síncrona, onde os fundamentos teóricos da realização da estaquia da videira foram detalhados e os documentos complementares foram inseridos na plataforma do google classroom de forma assíncrona. Para este trabalho, foram selecionados três relatórios dos alunos sobre a atividade de estaquia da videira. O projeto teve início em 11 de julho e finalizou em 24 de setembro de 2021. Os estudantes foram responsáveis por adquirir um pedaço de um ramo (estaca) de videira, um vaso para a muda, bem como uma terra de boa qualidade. A sugestão para realização da estaquia foi o corte em bisel e a permanência de 2 gemas enterradas e de 3 a 4 gemas acima da terra. No decorrer da atividade os estudantes tiveram o cuidado com a rega, conforme a necessidade da muda e o monitoramento do seu crescimento registrado por fotos, e ao final da atividade prática a entrega de um relatório. A maior parte dos estudantes obtiveram resultados promissores com a prática da estaquia pelo ensino remoto, como demostrado através dos relatórios selecionados. Além do crescimento das mudas os estudantes relataram que a atividade pratica remota proporcionou um melhor entendimento do conteúdo proposto além de ser extremamente positiva para se sentirem pertencentes ao curso de Enologia.

Abstract:
Students' interest in new technologies during remote teaching occurs very quickly in the current context. However, the need for practical activities to consolidate the theoretical content taught is evident. In this sense, it was proposed to the students of the first semester of the Enology Course at the Federal University of Pampa, Campus Dom Pedrito, to perform a vine cutting in the practical component of Morphology and Plant Physiology. The technological tools used were synchronously google meet, where the theoretical foundations of the vine cuttings were detailed and the complementary documents were inserted into the google classroom platform asynchronously. For this work, three student reports on the vine cutting activity were selected. The project started on July 11 and ended on September 24, 2021. The students were responsible for acquiring a piece of a vine branch (stake), a pot for the seedling, as well as a good quality soil. The suggestion for carrying out the cutting was the bevel cut and the permanence of 2 buried buds and 3 to 4 buds above the soil. During the activity, the students took care with watering, according to the needs of the seedling and monitoring its growth recorded by photos, and at the end of the practical activity, the delivery of a report. Most of the students obtained promising results with the practice of cutting by remote teaching, as demonstrated through the selected reports. In addition to the growth of the seedlings, the students reported that the remote practical activity provided a better understanding of the proposed content, in addition to being extremely positive to feel belonging to the Enology course
