ATIVIDADE LARVICIDA DE BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS FRENTE A MOSQUITOS TRANSMISSORES DE DOENÇAS
Resumo: As arboviroses como: Dengue, Zika, Chikungunya, são doenças amplamente presente em países tropicais e subtropicais, devidos as condições climáticas que estes apresentam pois favorecem o ciclo de vida dos mosquitos transmissores dessas patologias, que são responsáveis por gerar altos custos aos cofres públicos, visto isto, diversas medidas de controles biológicos vem sendo estudados nos últimos anos, dentre elas se destacam os compostos que tem como princípio ativo as bactéria Bacillus thuringiensis pois além de apresentar um efeito inseticida e larvicidas aos mosquitos não agride o meio ambiente no qual está inserido, além de reduzir os custos de produção, tem fácil manipulação.

Abstract: Arboviruses such as: Dengue, Zika, Chikungunya, are diseases widely present in tropical and subtropical countries, due to the climatic conditions they present as they favor the life cycle of mosquitoes that transmit these pathologies, which are responsible for generating high costs to the coffers In view of this, several measures of biological controls have been studied in recent years, among them the compounds that have the active ingredient the bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis stand out because in addition to having an insecticidal and larvicidal effect on mosquitoes, it does not harm the environment in which is inserted, in addition to reducing production costs, it has easy handling.
