ATENDIMENTO INFANTIL EM UMA CLÍNICA-ESCOLA DO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DO CEARÁ: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir, por meio de um relato de experiência, acerca de um atendimento infantil em uma clínica-escola do interior do estado do Ceará, bem como, sobre as distintas formas como o racismo estrutural pode afetar o desenvolvimento de uma criança negra. Segundo o Fundo das Nações Unidas para a Infância (UNICEF), lançado em 2010, o racismo causa impactos danosos, psicologicamente e socialmente na vida de toda e qualquer criança ou adolescente. Desse modo, torna-se urgente que a Psicologia possa discutir sobre tal temática. Este trabalho trata-se de um estudo descritivo, na modalidade relato de experiência, possui abordagem qualitativa na qual as experiências dos sujeitos são demasiadamente importantes para a pesquisa. Desse modo, refere-se a um relato de experiência de estágio de uma discente de psicologia em uma clínica-escola no interior do Ceará ou também dito como Serviço de Psicologia Aplicada (SPA). Como ferramentas foram utilizados recursos lúdicos sob a visão da abordagem analítico-comportamental. Como resultados pode-se notar que havia uma associação da negritude a elementos negativos e da branquitude a elementos positivos por parte do cliente. A criança não tinha acesso, em seu cotidiano, a conseguir enxergar uma representatividade negra com que se identificasse, como por exemplo, por meio de desenhos, fato que colaborava para que a associação citada perpetuasse. Conclui-se que a partir dessa vivência de estágio entendeu-se que tratar ainda na infância sobre racismo é de fundamental importância para que crianças negras consigam perceber sua representatividade. Reitera-se também a importância da atuação da Psicologia no combate ao racismo, é preciso que esteja atuante e colaborando na diminuição de opressões.

Abstract:
The present work aims to discuss, through an experience report, about child care in a school clinic in the interior of the state of Ceará, as well as about the different ways in which structural racism can affect the development of a black child. According to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), in 2010, racism causes harmful impacts, psychologically and socially, in the lives of each and every child or adolescent. Thus, it becomes urgent that Psychology can discuss about this theme. This work is a descriptive study, in the experience report modality, it has a qualitative approach in which the subjects' experiences are too important for the research. Thus, it refers to an internship experience report of a psychology student in a teaching clinic in the interior of Ceará or also known as Applied Psychology Service (SPA). As tools, ludic resources were used under the view of the behavioral-analytic approach. As a result, it can be noted that there was an association between blackness and negative elements and whiteness with positive elements on the part of the patient. He did not have access, in his daily life, to be able to see a black representation with which he could identify, for example, through drawings, a fact that contributed to the perpetuation of the aforementioned association. It is concluded that from this internship experience, it was concluded that dealing with racism still in childhood is of fundamental importance for black children to be able to perceive that there is representation. The importance of the role of Psychology in the fight against racism is also reiterated, it must be active and collaborating in the reduction of oppression.
