ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA EM SAÚDE E A INTEGRALIDADE DO CUIDADO NA ÓTICA DE PROFISSIONAIS DE UMA COORDENADORIA REGIONAL DE SAÚDE
Aproximação constante entre Universidade e o SUS possibilita o diálogo e troca de saberes, indispensável para compreender desafios e potencialidades na implementação do Cuidado Integral à Saúde. Objetivo do trabalho foi refletir sobre o Modelo de Atenção à Saúde vigente na região, na percepção de Mestrandos em Atenção Integral à Saúde e Profissionais que integram a Rede Estadual de Serviços de Saúde. Estudo qualitativo, descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência mediante emprego da Metodologia da Problematização, fundamentada no Arco de Maguerez. Destacam-se como fragilidades do sistema: formação acadêmica focada no modelo hegemônico, falta de corresponsabilização profissional, falta de trabalho em equipe. Conclui-se que educação permanente, reflexões sobre processo de ensino/trabalho e planificação da Atenção à Saúde possibilitem assistência eficiente e resolutiva e, a construção de uma rede efetiva de cuidado.

Abstract:
Constant rapprochement between the University and the SUS enables the dialogue and exchange of knowledge, which is essential to understand challenges and potentialities in the implementation of Comprehensive Health Care. The objective of the work was to reflect on the Health Care Model in effect in the region, in the perception of Master's students in Comprehensive Health Care and Professionals who are part of the State Health Services Network. Qualitative, descriptive study of the type of experience report using the problematization method, based on the Arco de Maguerez. The system's weaknesses stand out: academic training focused on the hegemonic model, lack of professional co-responsibility, lack of teamwork. It is concluded that permanent education, reflections on the teaching/work process and Health Care planning enable efficient and resolutive assistance and the construction of an effective care network.
