ATENÇÃO À SAÚDE DO IDOSO NA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: Atuação do enfermeiro
A Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF)
está ajustada na visão ativa de intervenção à
saúde, não esperando somente a chegada da
população aos serviços de saúde para intervir.
Os idosos convivem com as limitações de sua
saúde, contudo elas não os impossibilitam
de exercer seu papel de sujeito socialmente
ativo. Para se chegar a uma boa velhice, o
estilo de vida e orientação quanto à saúde é de
extrema necessidade. Assim, conhecer como
o enfermeiro da Estratégia Saúde em Família
atua com essa população e seu modo de viver,
pode ser fundamental para novos estudos.
Objetivou-se em compreender a atenção à
saúde do idoso na estratégia de saúde da
família, através da atuação do enfermeiro, em
revisão bibliográfica. A metodologia utilizada
consistiu em um estudo narrativo da literatura.
Para avalizar a credibilidade e legalidade dos
dados da pesquisa, As bases eletrônicas
pesquisadas foram LILACS (Literatura Latino
Americana e do Caribe em Ciências de Saúde),
e literatura internacional em Ciências da Saúde
(MEDLINE), utilizadas palavras-chaves em
português, inglês e espanhol. Ao final, Foram
89 combinações entre os descritores para
obtenção do máximo de referências possíveis.
Este estudo buscou sistematizar de forma breve
a prática do profissional inserido no processo de
proteção ao idoso contra violência, permitindo
reflexões em torno dessa práxis, as quais
possibilitaram que existe o envolvimento entre
profissional a compreensão da importância da
atuação do enfermeiro, que se faz presente em
todas as etapas da recuperação do idoso.

Abstract:
The Family Health Strategy (FHS) is adjusted in the active vision of
health intervention, not only waiting for the population to come to health services to
intervene. The elderly live with the limitations of their health, but they do not prevent
them from exercising their role as a socially active subject. To get a good old age,
lifestyle and health guidance is in dire need. Thus, knowing how the Family Health
Strategy nurse works with this population and their way of life may be fundamental for
new studies. The objective was to understand the health care of the elderly in the family
health strategy, through the nurse’s role, in a bibliographic review. The methodology
used consisted of a narrative study of the literature. To validate the credibility and
legality of the research data, the electronic bases searched were LILACS (Latin
American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), and international literature
on Health Sciences (MEDLINE), using keywords in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Spanish. At the end, there were 89 combinations between the descriptors to obtain the
maximum of possible references. This study sought to systematize in a brief way the
practice of the professional inserted in the process of protection to the elderly against
violence, allowing reflections around this praxis, which made possible that there is
the involvement between professional and the understanding of the importance of the
nurses’ performance, which is present in all stages of the recovery of the elderly.
