Atenção a mulher no período puerperal: Um indicador de qualidade a saúde do binômio mãe e filho
O puerpério é compreendido como a fase do pós-parto ou ainda a primeira fase vivenciada pela mulher, posterior ao processo de parturição, isto decorre nos primeiros minutos pós desprendimento da placenta do útero materno, logo após o nascimento. Preconiza-se que o profissional de enfermagem realize a primeira consulta puerperal no decorrer dos sete dias pós-natal, estima-se esse período em específico, por conta da criticidade a ele inerente, e complicações advindas. O presente artigo busca compreender as dificuldades vivenciadas pelas mulheres no puerpério, a não aderência e procura da rede de atenção básica de saúde, intercorrências puerperais mediatas ou imediatas, busca ativa do enfermeiro e analise da assistência prestada. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico com análise qualitativa. Mediante levantamento bibliográfico, conclui-se que a enfermagem é uma das áreas vinculadas a equipe multidisciplinar que tem atuação direta perante à mulher e ao RN no ciclo gravídico-puerperal, atuando na atenção integral, igualitário, humanizada e livre de imposições e preceitos, visando a saúde e bem-estar do binômio, família e comunidade, por meio de consultas, palestras, reeducações, ponderamentos de erros e retirada de dúvidas.

Abstract:
The puerperium is understood as the postpartum phase or the first phase experienced by the woman, after the parturition process, this occurs in the first minutes after the placenta detaches from the maternal uterus, shortly after birth. It is recommended that the nursing professional carry out the first puerperal consultation during the seven postnatal days, this specific period is estimated, due to the inherent criticality, and complications arising. This article seeks to understand the difficulties experienced by women in the puerperium, non-adherence and search for the primary health care network, immediate or immediate puerperal complications, active search for nurses and analysis of the assistance provided. This is a bibliographic research with qualitative analysis. Through a bibliographic survey, it is concluded that nursing is one of the areas linked to the multidisciplinary team that has direct action before women and the NB in the pregnancy-puerperal cycle, working in comprehensive, egalitarian, humanized care and free of impositions and precepts, aiming the health and well-being of the binomial, family and community, through consultations, lectures, re-education, weighing up errors and removing doubts.
