ATENÇÃO A ESPIRITUALIDADE FRENTE AOS CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS EM PACIENTES TERMINAIS
O presente estudo objetivou a exposição da benevolência da espiritualidade em pacientes já diagnosticados como terminais e se veem frente a um conjunto de condutas, os cuidados paliativos, que proporcionam uma melhora na qualidade de vida através de um agregado multifatorial que aborda não apenas a dor física, mas todas as demandas individuais desse paciente. Dessa forma, quando se trata de pacientes em casos terminais, tem-se presente a dor da terminalidade em um espectro físico e psicossocial, sendo este último vivenciado também por seus familiares e amigos. Como alívio dessa dor, a espiritualidade dentro dos Cuidados paliativos mostra-se como a ressignificação da vida em meio a doença e por conseguinte, promovendo uma “boa morte”, ou seja, a terminalidade da vida de forma leve, com intuito de diminuir as angústias, para os pacientes, para sua rede de apoio e para a equipe de saúde responsável por esses pacientes. Durante a pesquisa para essa revisão de literatura com exposição de evidências, foram utilizados 12 artigos de maior relevância em português e inglês, publicados entre 2016 e 2021, disponibilizados pelo PubMed e Scielo, mas foi notada uma ausência e provável dificuldade de estudos nesta área de ciências humanas relacionadas à espiritualidade de todos os envolvidos com esses pacientes frente à terminalidade da vida.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to expose the benevolence of spirituality in patients already diagnosed as terminal, and facing a set of behaviors, the palliative care, which provide an improvement in quality of life through a multifactorial set that addresses not only the physical pain, but all the individual demands of this patient. This way, when it comes to patients in terminal cases, the pain of terminality is present in a physical and psychosocial spectrum, this last being experienced also by their families and friends. As relief from this pain, spirituality within Palliative Care shows itself as the re-signification of life in the midst of the disease and consequently, promoting a "good death", that is, the termination of life in a light manner, with the intention of diminishing anguish, for the patients, for their support network and for the health team responsible for these patients. During the search for this literature review with evidence exposure, were used 12 articles of major relevance in Portuguese and English, published between 2016 and 2021, made available by PubMed and Scielo, but it was noted an absence and probable difficulty of studies in this area of human sciences related to the spirituality of all involved with these patients facing the terminality of life.
