ATÉ QUE PONTO VAI O DANO MORAL DESENCADEADO PELA OFENSA À HONRA: ANÁLISE DO CASO FÁBIO ASSUNÇÃO.
O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo, analisar como a ofensa a honra afeta diretamente e gera Danos Morais em indivíduos. Será utilizado a pesquisa a bibliográfica e jurisprudencial, buscando o aprofundamento em situações que são vistas como insignificantes. Por fim, será realizada uma análise ao caso do ator brasileiro Fabio Assunção que, se envolveu em algumas polêmicas e logo após foi visto como sinônimo de gozação, onde milhares de brasileiros ofenderam sua honra após episódios interpretados com chacotas e zombarias.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to analyze how the offense of honor affects directly and generates moral damages in individuals. The bibliographical and jurisprudential research will be used, seeking the deepening in situations that are seen as insignificant. Finally, an analysis will be made on the case of the Brazilian actor Fabio Assunção, who got involved in some controversies and soon after was seen as a synonym of jouissance, where thousands of Brazilians offended his honor after episodes interpreted with ridicule and mockery.
